What access do you need, and how do you handle credentials?
  • Least-privilege, time-boxed access to WordPress, hosting/staging, and relevant SaaS tools. You provision API keys in your own vendor accounts.
  • Secrets stored in your chosen vault (1Password, Bitwarden, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault) and never hard-coded.
  • MFA, SSO where possible, IP allowlisting for admin endpoints, and separate keys per environment.
  • All changes tracked in Git with deploy logs; optional audit logs for agents, data updates, and admin actions.

Who owns the code, prompts, and data after handoff?

You do. Custom code, plugins, workflows, prompt libraries, embeddings/indexes, and configuration belong to you upon final payment. Third-party tools remain under their licenses in your accounts. We provide full documentation and export paths. No vendor lock-in—your team can run, extend, or move the system as you see fit.

What training and change management are included?

Role-based enablement for admins, content editors, sales/support, and ops. Typically 2–3 live sessions (60–90 minutes), recordings, quick-reference guides, a prompt playbook, and an admin runbook. We help nominate internal champions, run pilot feedback loops, and set governance rules. Deeper enablement is available via workshops or office hours.

Do you provide maintenance and SLAs?

Yes. Managed options include monitoring, model/version management, index refreshes, usage and cost reporting, WordPress and security updates, and iterative UX improvements.

Response targets: critical production issues within 2 business hours, high within the same business day, normal within 1 business day. After-hours or 24×7 coverage is available as an add-on.

Can you support compliance requirements (HIPAA-like, data residency)?
